      This certificate  hereby  certifies  that  GRABOVOY,  Grigoriy
Petrovich,  born  on  14th November,  1963 in the Chimkent Province,
Kazakh SSR,  carried out  extrasensory  work  in  "Nadezhda-Holding"
Company   from   August,   1994  to  January,  1995.  The  following
conclusions  were  drawn  concerning  G.P.  Grabovoy's  ability   to
clairvoyance:
     1. He indicates the shops in which we should  sell  our  goods,
and  the  shops  in which he recommended that we should not sell our
goods had either small market or no prospects.
     2. He   describes   precisely  the  appearance,  character  and
intentions of the staff of the subsidiary  enterprise  with  further
confirmation of the prognosis of people's intentions.
     3. He  described  precisely  the  appearance   of   the   chief
accountant of the subsidiary enterprise not knowing him, and pointed
out the mistakes made by him.
     4. He revealed that one of the employees had a tumor.
     5. He  defined  the  period  during  which   there   had   been
infringements  in account documentation,  and the intringements were
eliminated owing to his data.
     6. He  describes  precisely the problems the "Nadezhda-Holding"
Company faces.
     7. He  describes  the appearance,  main streaks of character of
the company's business partners not knowing them,  and gives correct
recommendations concerning partners.
     8. He describes precisely the appearance  and  character  of  a
business  partners only knowing the name of country he is from,  and
he also describes the appearance and character of his  manager,  and
predicts business events in the life of the manager.
     9. In October,  1994 he predicted correctly what  the  exchange
rate  of  US dollar vis-a-vis rouble of the Russian Federation would
be in December, 1994.
     CONCLUSION: Extrasensory  work  carried  out  by G.P.  Grabovoy
proved that he could preceive by way of clairvoyance  events  taking
place within any period of time which fact helped in the work of the
"Nadezhda-Holding" Company.
