Federation,  born  on  72.01.10,  an  English  language interpreter,
residing in Moscow,  121352,  12-2,  Davyidkovskaya Street,  apt.49,
tel.  449-34-41,  passport series 43 No. 5405128, issued by Board of
Internal Affairs No.428 on  1994.04.02;  hereby  certify  that  G.P.
Grabovoy, a man with extrasensory perception (passport series III-Žƒ
No. 586058, issued on 1980.02.01), on 10th December, 1994 at 10 a.m.
had an official meeting with Mr.  Ramon (Juna) L.Labo jr.,  mayor of
Bagio,  the Republic of Philippenes,  a world-wide know healer,  who
can  perform  surgical  operations  for  the  purpose of ablation of
affected tissues and tumor by  hands  (without  application  of  the
surgical  instruments).  The meeting was held in the Clinical Center
of Ramon (Juna) L.Labo jr.,  residing at the following address: 444,

     During the  talk  Ramon  (Juna)  L.Labo  jr.  paid  special  to
Grabovoy's unique abilities of diagnosing equipment by  extrasensory
methods, correcting events and healing patients.
     Being convinced  of  Grabovoy's  extrasensory  abilities  Ramon
(Juna)  L.Labo  jr.  expressed his desire to undergo diagnosis and a
course of extrasensory treatment by G.P. Grabovoy in ansentio.
     Later Ramon (Juna) L.Labo jr. filled in patient's questionaire,
and G.P.  Grabovoy carried out non-contact extrasensory diagnosis of
his  organism  and  prescribed him a two-month course of non-contact
extrasensory treatment in absentio. Having evaluated Grabovoy's high
potentialities  in  correcting events Ramon (Juna) L.Labo jr.  asked
G.P.  Grabovoy to support him by  extrasensory  methods  during  the
