Internal  Affairs  No.428  on  1994.04.02;  hereby certify that G.P.
Grabovoy, a man with extrasensory perception (passport series III-Žƒ
No. 586058, issued on 1980.02.01), had an official meeting with Mrs.
YUKO N.Labo,  the spouse of Mr.  Ramon (Juna) L.Labo jr.  Mrs.  Yuko
N.Labo,  a  clairvoyant,  is  well-know Philippenes healer,  who can
perform surgical operations for the purpose of ablation of  affected
tissues  and  tumors  by  hands (without application of the surgical
instruments).  The meeting was held in the Clinical Center of  Ramon

distance of 10 cm, and revealed that G.P. Grabovoy had a very strong
soul.  She believes that G.P.  Grabovoy's main predestination  under
existing conditions is to protect not only one country but the whole
world.  Mrs.  YUKO N.Labo also stressted that G.P.  Grabovoy, having
such  vigorous  extrasensory  abilities  can  reduce ever-increasing
