Sumbaev 31 July 1992 31 July 1992 R E P O R T N 27/92 on extrasensory works on extrasensory diagnostics of aircrafts for incidents, carried out by Grigoriy Petrovich Grabovoy in July 1992 We, the undersigned, the executor of works the extrasense G.P.Grabovoy and representatives of the Customer: a head of engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.M.Saulkin, a head of the base test-repair metrological laboratory of Aviation and technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.V.Shatilov, a senior project engineer of engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.V.Nemtzov drew up the present report that G.P.Grabovoy in July carried out undermentioned extrasensory works on the agreement N 14/92 of 04. 07.92 on the subject "Non-traditional methods of diagnostics of aviation technique" between the State introduction scientific and production enterprise "PROGRESS" and the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Uzbekistan Khavo Yullari". In July 1992 G.P.Grabovoy carried out the work on the agreement N 14/92 of 04.07.1992 on the item 1 "Diagnostics of aviation incidents of the Tashkent airport by photographs" of the work schedule on subitem 1.2 "Prediction of incidents on aircrafts of the Tashkent aviation and technical base". The purpose of the work was the extrasensory diagnostics of aircrafts for incidents due to the status of materiel on factor of incidence absence during definite periods of time. G.P.Grabovoy gave the extrasensory prediction for 10 day period on 17.07.1992 on the following groups of aircrafts: For the period from 17.07.1992 - 27.07.1992 there will not be incidents for aircrafts Yak-40 side numbers 87263, 87289, 87296, 87309, 87430, 87457, 87515, 87540, 87564, 87799, 87830, 87846, 87848, 87923, 87989, 87996, 88194, 88217, 88242. For the period from 20.07.1992-30.07.1992 there will not be incidents for aircrafts: IL-86 side numbers 86052, 86072, 86012, 86056, IL-62 side numbers 86694, 86610, 86704, 86659, IL-62M side numbers 86577, 86576, 86573, 86578, 86574. For the period from 27.07.1992-07.08.1992 there will not be incindents for aircrafts TU-154 side numbers 85189, 85245, 85322, 85248, 85286, 85344, 85398, 85401, 85356, 85397, 85433, 85438, 85449, 85533, 85578, 85575, 85416. Information by G.P.Grabovoy was fully confirmed, there were no incidents for listed aircrafts during the indicated periods.
