Sumbaev 22 July 1992 22 July 1992 R E P O R T N 26/92 on extrasensory works on extrasensory diagnostics of load carring elements of aircrafts for cracks and failures occurance, threatening the flight safety, carried out in July by G.P.Grabovoy We, the undersigned, the executor of works the extrasense G.P.Grabovoy and representatives of the Customer: a head of engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.M.Saulkin, a head of the base test-repair metrological laboratory of Aviation and technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.V.Shatilov, a senior project engineer of engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.V.Nemtzov and drew up the present report that G.P.Grabovoy in July carried undermentioned extrasensory works on the agreement N 14/92 of 04. 07.92 on the subject "Non-traditional methods of diagnostics of aviation technique" between the State introduction scientific and production enterprise "PROGRESS" and the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Uzbekistan Khavo Yullari". In July 1992 G.P.Grabovoy carried out the work on the agreement N 14/92 of 04.07.1992 on the subitem 1.3 "Diagnostics of aircrafts and load-carring elements of airframe structure to detect cracks and failures occurance, threatening the flights safety" of the work schedule. The purpose of the work was to show the efficiency of extrasensory diagnostics of load-carring elements of airframe structures at the expense of reduction of labour input (in comparison with some traditional types of the work) and at the expence of that G.P.Grabovoy is able to detect cracks by the extrasensory method where the inspection by technological charts is not carried out. G.P.Grabovoy, using extrasensory method, diagnosed engines, load-carring elements of the airframe and the undercarriage. The information by G.P.Grabovoy is as follows: On 07.07.1992 the prediction for the aircraft TU-154 N 85398: There are no cracks and failures, on load-carring elements of the airframe, engines, undercarriage threatening flight safety. On 7.07.1992 the prediction for the aircraft YAK-40 N 87430: There are no cracks and failures, on the load-carring elements of the airframe, engines, undercarriage threatening the flights safety. The information by G.P.Grabovoy was fully confirmed by facts. On 21.07.1992 the prediction for the aircraft TU-154 side number 85322 was as follows: Sheet N 2 Report N 26/92 There is the deformation defect on the seventh fin rib. The prediction was confirmed: there was design defect. Thus all extrasensory information by G.P.Grabovoy, get during his works on subitem 1.3 "Diagnostics of aircrafts and load-carring elements of airframe structure to detect cracks and failures occurance, threatening the flight safety of work schedule July 1992 - was fully confirmed.
