Sumbaev 2 July 1992 3 July 1992 R E P O R T N 11/92 on extrasensory works on extrasensory determination of the incident causes on the side number of the aircraft in February 1992 carried out by Grigoriy Petrovich Grabovoy We, the undersigned, the executor of works the extrasense G.P.Grabovoy and representatives of the Customer: a head of engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.M.Saulkin, a head of the base test-repair metrological laboratory of Aviation and technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.V.Shatilov and a senior project engineer of engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.V.Nemtzov drew up the present report that G.P.Grabovoy has carried out the undermentioned extrasensory works on the agreement N 9 of December 2 1991 between the Soviet-American enterprise "ASKON" and Uzbek Department of Civil Aviation on theme "Non-traditional methods of diagnostics of aviation equipment". On the incident happened with the aircraft TU-154, side number N 85245 in February 18.1992, carried out the rum Tashkent-Urgench G.P.Grabovoy by the side number - without any data gave his extrasensory information before the presentation of materials on the incident: "The crew switched off the second engine on the instruments reading. The cause of switching off is connected with the working liquid of the engine. The cause directly depends on the preflight time. During the flight the temperature increase of the engines parts with the coefficient 1.2-1.37" was observed. Information was got by G.P.Grabovoy by his extrasensory diagnostics on the side number, which he had got verbally without the covering information and was transferred to A.F.Kim on 18 February 1991. Data on the incident happened with aircraft TU-154, side number N 85245: "On the height of 9300 m the indicator showed "Not enougn-Oil" of the second engine. The parameters of the engine are within technical conditions at the climb of the given height the in- dicator P of the oil pressure of the second engine begins to illuminate. The oil pressure has dropped lower 2 kg/m2. The second engine was switched off according to the instruments data. After the grounding the oil leakage from the second engine bonnet was revealed". Sheet N 2 Report N 11/92 Conclusions: The crew switched off the second engine according the data of instruments due to the working liquid (oil) leakage from the engine N 2. At the oil leakage from the engine the temperature of the engine parts was increased with coefficient 1,2-1,37. As it can be seen from the obtained data on the incident, extrasensory information by G.P.Grabovoy was fully confirmed.
