APPROVED APPROVED Director General Deputy Director General of Joint Venture "ASKON" of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan __________________ Khamrakulov I.V. _______________ Sumbaev S.M. " _____ " _____________ 1992 " _______ " ____________ 1992 TEST REPORT No 07/92 of extra sensory perception abilities used by Grabovoi Grigori Petrovich for aircraft faults detecting using the call signs of the aircraft in January 1992. We, the undersigned, the executor of the work Grabovoi G.P. and the representatives of the Customer - Saulkin V.M. the Chief of Engineering Information Center of the Aircraft Maintenance Base, and Nemtsov S.V. Chief engineer of Engineering Information Center of the Aicraft Maintenance Base drew up this Test Report to confirm that Grabovoi G.P. performed tests in January 1992 mentioned below, using his extra sensory perception abilities. These tests were performed in conformity with Agreement No.9 of 02.12.1991 concluded between Soviet-American Joint Venture "Askon" and the Directorate of Civil Aviation of Uzbekistan on the theme "Nontraditional Methods of Inspecting Aviation Equipment." In January 1992 using his extra sensory perception abilities Grabovoi G.P. inspected the aircraft using their call signs. The aim was to define the possibility of detecting aircraft faults using this method. This is of great importance, especially for foreign aircraft, because the peculiarities of some of them may be unknown at Tashkent airport. Grabovoi G.P. inspected the aircraft using their call signs and made his prediction for a ten days period from 17 January 1992 to 27 January 1992. The results of this inspection are given below in Table 1. M ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Call sign ! Prediction of the faults ! The fault and its relation to the ! for the period ! system of the aircraft ! 17 Jan. to 27 Jan. ! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 85189 Electrical equipment failure 28 Jan.1992. No electric light in the kitchen. The bulbs have been replaced (Electrical equipment failure) 85248 Board equipment and fuel 25 Jan.1992. Failure of actuation system failure threshhold of the unit of aircraft heel (Board equipment failure) 26 Jan.1992. When fueling, the fueling valve of left tank 2 leaks. The valve is replaced. (Fuel system failure) 85344 Fault relating to the 15 Jan.1992. Damage of the coverage airframe of the radar dome "Groza-15" (Fault relating to the airframe) 85397 Fault relating to In flight the warning light is lighted electrical equipment up - 3 phases statical transducer failed (Electrical equipment failure)P Thus the prediction of Grabovoi G.P. was correct for all aircraft inspected by him. Besides Grabovoi G.P. inspected seven more aircraft using their call signs and gave predictions of their possible failures for a 24 hours period. The predictions and the results are given in Table 2. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Call sign Prediction Failure -------------------------------------------------------------------- 85245 No faults No faults 85322 No faults No faults 85356 No faults No faults 85370 No faults No faults 85416 No faults No faults 85533 No faults No faults 85578 No faults No faults The information of Grabovoi G.P. was correct. Thus all predictions of Grabovoi G.P. made by him using his extra sensory perception were correct for all aircraft inspected by him.
