" _____ " _____________ 1991 " _______ " ____________ 1991 TEST REPORT No 06/91 of extra sensory perception abilities used by Grabovoi Grigori Petrovich for detecting the causes of MI-2 and MI-8 helicopter accidents in December 1991. We, the undersigned, the executor of the work Grabovoi G.P. and the representatives of the Customer: Balakirev V.F. Chief pilot-inspector of the Investigation Department of the Chief Inspection, Saulkin V.M. the Chief of Engineering Information Center of the Aircraft Maintenance Base and Nemtsov S.V. Chief engineer of Engineering Information Center of the Aicraft Maintenance Base drew up this Test Report to confirm that Grabovoi G.P. performed tests in December 1991 mentioned below, using his extra sensory perception abilities. These tests were performed in conformity with Agreement No.9 of 02.12.1991 concluded between Soviet-American Joint Venture "Askon" and the Directorate of Civil Aviation of Uzbekistan on the theme "Nontraditional Methods of Inspecting Aviation Equipment." In December 1991 using his extra sensory perception abilities Grabovoi G.P. detected the causes of MI-2 and MI-8 helicopter accidents on the request of the Inspection for Flights Safety. The aim was to help Investigation Comission discover the causes of the accidents at the shortest possible time and thus to contribute towards the flight safety. For his work Grabovoi G.P. used photographs made at the site of occurence and gave his information based on his extra sensory perception which was compared to the information given by the crew. Accident with MI-2 helicopter No. 23290 Information of the crew: "Right engine fire in the air." Information of Grabovoi G.P.: "Failure-free operation of the engines in the air. The fire began on the ground." The conclusion of Investigation Comission No.406 ƒ€ of 22.05.1992: "Failure-free operation of the engines in the air." Thus the information of Grabovoi G.P. based on his extra sensory perception was correct. Accident with MI-8 helicopter No.25109 Information of the crew: "Back side wind influence." Information of Grabovoi G.P.: "Failure-free operation of the engines on the ground and in the air. Airborne weight is exceeded." The conclusion of the specialists of Scietific Research Laboratory, made after Grabovoi gave his information: "Failure-free operation of the engines on the ground and in the air. Airborne weight is exceeded." The conclusion made by the specialists of Scientific Research Laboratory confirmed the information of Grabovoi G.P. given by him using the photographs made on the site of the occurence.
